The Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (Fes) Young Leaders Training Program for 2025
The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) is pleased to announce its Young Leaders Training Program for 2025. This prestigious program aims to identify, support, and empower young male and female talents who are committed to promoting social democracy, political pluralism and social justice. This next cohort is opened to Africans residing in Cameroon.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The FES fellowship is a comprehensive 8 month program with sessions held on Thursdays—Fridays within each month for the duration of the fellowship.
During the fellowship, 25 selected participants will address issues relating to political leadership, communication and operational management in person or via zoom sessions.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be considered for this fellowship, applicants:
- Must be between the ages of 18-35
- Must be residing in Cameroon
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be politically active
- Must be involved in a project/initiative or active in a civil society.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications consisting of a two-page cover letter and a detailed CV( 2 pages max) in PDF format should be sent by email before December 15, 2024 at 4 p.m to the following address: youngleaders(at)fes-Kamerun.org.

Candidates will be selected based on the following:

- Commitment to social justice and social democracy
- Academic and professional achievements l.
