The Cloochey Foundation Tuition Scholarship for October 2024

GENERAL OVERVIEW

The CLOOCHEY FOUNDATION Scholarship scheme was established in Ghana to provide tuition fee assistance to underprivileged individuals pursuing junior high school, senior high school, or tertiary education.

ELIGIBILITY

The Scholarship is open to individuals of Ghanaian heritage who plan on pursuing their junior high, senior high school or tertiary education in Ghana. For tertiary education, the scholarship only covers admission into bachelors degree programs in universities, admission into polytechnics, nursing training, teacher training, and certificate training programs offered in Ghana.

BENEFITS

Selected applicants would receive financial assistance for tuition fees ONLY to help them achieve their educational goals.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Prospective scholars are to ensure that they meet the requirements below before beginning the application process.

• Must be of Ghanaian descent 
• Must be someone who has a track record of contributing to society through community service and / or volunteering opportunities.
• Must be someone willing to contribute to the growth and development of CLOOCHEY FOUNDATION after graduation.
• Must be admitted or planning on applying to a junior high school, senior high school , a certificate program or a tertiary institution in Ghana for further studies.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applications must be submitted online. Applicants are required to provide the following details:

• Full name
• Email address
• Level of education
• Class  or level of study
• Place of residence
• Details of caretaker
• Details of parent or guardian
• Applicants active phone number
• Date of birth
• Country of birth and country of residence
• Previous school attended and date of completion,
• Current school (indicate if you are yet to apply or waiting for admission)
• Signed letter of recommendation (from a prominent person in society). This does not include parents or family members. 
• Admission letter if you have already gained admission

As part of the application process, each applicant must also submit a video explaining their life story, educational and career goals, and community service.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

The deadline for applying to the CLOOCHEY FOUNDATION tuition scholarship scheme is OCTOBER 31, 2024.

NOTE THAT EVERY APPLICATION SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED.
