The 2025 Aspire Leaders Program
The Aspire leaders program is a free online transformative opportunity for low-income college students and recent graduates to develop their skills, network, and confidence to achieve their full potential.
This comprehensive program is designed to address the systematic barriers that have historically excluded talented individuals from underrepresented communities.
PEOGRAM OBJECTIVES
The aim of this program is to:
- Equip participants with leadership skills and professional development opportunities
- Foster a supportive community of peers and mentors
- Empower participants to become change makers in their fields and communities
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- First generation college student or recent graduate (not enrolled in a graduate program)
- Individuals between the ages of 18 and 29
- Low-Income background
- Intermediate English language level
- Leadership potential
- Commitment to creating positive social impact

- Leadership Development Workshops (Harvard University faculty)
- Access to professional and personal development resources (Harvard Business School)
- Mentorship pairing with world class educators

APPLICATION PROCESS
Interested applicants must:
- Fill an online application form
- Submit a resume
- Provide a personal statement
- Submit letters of recommendation
- Sit for an interview with program staff
