ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

To be eligible for the Swedish Institute Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of an eligible country (international students from outside the EEA).
  • Have proof of work experience (either full-time or part-time). 
  • Have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. 
  • Meet the entry requirements for your chosen masters program.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and academic excellence. 
  • Show a strong commitment to your home country's development.
  • Be liable to pay tuition fees to Swedish universities. 
  • Have paid the application fees for the masters program on time.
  • Be admitted to one of the eligible masters programs (which will be published on the institute's website on November 1, 2024).

APPLICATION DEADLINE 

Apply first for a Swedish masters program before the deadline in January 2025, then apply for the scholarship before the close of February 26th, 2025.

The application portal for the scholarship will be opened between 10th February, 2025-26th February, 2025.
