ROAM Bike Electric Motorcycle Manufacturing Plant in Kenya
ROAM Bike, the biggest electric motorcycle manufacturing plant in Kenya, has produced more than 1,000 commercial motorbikes and approximately 100 bikes daily. ROAM plans, designs, and builds the bikes essentially from scratch by their engineers.
ROAM's target audience is traditional African businesses, aiming to boost their mobility by using ROAM bikes for commercial purposes. These bikes are built to work in all weather conditions, whether in Africa or America, and are considered to be among the fastest and strongest bikes to meet the needs of traditional African businesses.
ROAM is recognized as the first and biggest electric motorcycle producer in Africa since 2017, focusing on electric mobility in modern technology.
ROAM initially specialized in converting Land Cruiser cars to motorbikes until it decided to produce its own electric motorcycles. As of now, ROAM produces both electric motorcycles and general transport vehicles, including Land Cruisers and commercial buses, for sustainability.
ROAM Bike manufacturing plant is one of the youngest companies employing both male and female workers, with each bike costing about $2,200.
