VIDEOS: 'Osebo gave me a fake cheque as a bride price' – Ex-wife alleges and recounts her 'abusive' marriage ordeal

Afia Mansah, the ex-wife of Ghanaian businessman and sensational fashion figure, Osebo, has finally opened up on the abusive lifestyle she encountered during their time of marriage. 

In her recent interview with Kumawood actor, Kwaku Manu, Afia Mansah shared the painful experiences she passed through during her marriage, including an unforgettable moment where Osebo allegedly gave her a fake cheque as her bride price,

The beautiful lady continued to reveal that she only discovered the cheque was a fake one when her brother tried to cash it out at the bank. 

"When I married Osebo, he gave my family a cheque. My mum is a witness because, after the ceremony, I gave the cheque to my brother to cash it. It was by the grace of God that nothing happened, or else my brother could have been jailed. Anyone who has been in a relationship with Osebo can confirm that he is a difficult person to live with, and he doesn’t respect women," she narrated.

Ohemaa Afia painfully disclosed that the severe treatment she endured in her marriage with the well-known fashionista led to her being addicted to alcohol.

"I used to drink until I was drunk, and my children would cry. Sometimes I couldn’t sleep, so I’d take sleeping pills. All this happened because of the pain I was going through," she revealed.

In the interview, she further accused her ex-husband, Osebo, of being promiscuous in addition to all his ill-treatments, claiming that she often saw him with other women at hotels.

Afia stated that whenever she grumbled on the issue, Osebo's mother would defend him, saying she knew he was a womanizer before they married and that she was perfectly aware of what she was getting herself into. 

"I’m not the only woman he treated this way; there are three other women who have gone through the same trauma," she counted.
