The Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, is expected to commence a three-day campaign tour of the Ashanti Region today Monday, 4th November 2024.
This was announced by the Deputy Director for Special Duties of the NDC, Mr. Brogya Genfi.
The three-day tour will take him to Offinso North, where he will engage the Afrancho community, Kayera, Amoawi, Sasa, Asuoso, and Nsanoa communities in the constituency.
Johnson Asiedu Nketiah will also campaign in the Afigya Kwabere North Constituency as well, starting from Danase.
The NDC national chairman will also interact with the public, including market women, members, supporters, and well-wishers of the NDC.
Brogya Genfi added that Asiedu Nketiah will also underscore his party’s presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama’s own tireless effort and commitment to develop the region and the rest of the country.
“Chairman Asiedu Nketia will further make a compelling case that a vote for Mr. John Dramani Mahama is a vote for development, jobs, and financial empowerment of women,” he stated.
In other news, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang asked the Kumasi electorate to vote massively for the NDC.
She said that policies such as the 24-hour economy will create jobs.
