MPower Scholarships for International Students to Study Abroad

Pursuing higher education in the United States or Canada can be quite expensive for international students. MPOWER scholarships are a great way for international students to study abroad. MPOWER helps bridge the financial gap for many students by providing international students with study grants and financial aid.
Many students are familiar with MPOWER'S loan options, but this article will highlight a lesser known aspect of MPOWER Financing: their scholarships.

- MPOWER GLOBAL CITIZEN SCHOLARSHIP: This scholarship is opened to students who are enrolled in or have been accepted into a full time degree program at a school MPOWER supports.
Application deadline : 31st October, 2024.
Awards: $2,000-$10,000
- MPOWER WOMEN IN STEM SCHOLARSHIP: For women in STEM who have gained admission into an MPOWER sponsored educational institution.
Application deadline: 31st December, 2024.
Awards: $1,000-$6,000

- MPOWER MBA SCOLARSHIP: Students who are already enrolled in or have gained admission for a full time MBA education in an MPOWER sponsored university can apply for this sscholarship.

Awards: $2,000-$10,000
- MPOWER SCHOLARSHIP FOR CHINESE STUDENTS: Graduate students from China who are currently enrolled in or have admission to pursue a full-time program in an MPOWER eligible institution are welcomed to apply for this grant.
Application deadline: 31st December, 2024.
Awards: $500-$5,000.
- MPOWER MONTHLY SCHOLARSHIP SERIES: Opened to students who are currently enrolled in or accepted into a full-time degree program at an MPOWER eligible school.
New topics are announced each month.
Application deadline: Last day of each month.
Awards: US$ 1,000
- MPOWER REFUGEE SCHOLARSHIP: This scholarship is for students moving to the USA or Canada for better schooling and living conditions.
Application deadline: 30th November, 2024.
Awards: $1,000-$2,000

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR MPOWER SCHOLARSHIPS
You can apply for an MPOWER scholarship if you are;
- Accepted or enrolled in a full-time degree program at A SCHOOL MPOWER SUPPORTS
- An international student or DACA ( Deffered Action for Childhood Arrivals) student permitted to legally study in the USA
- If you are able to meet any additional criteria required for a particular scholarship.
With various scholarships available, each with specific requirements and separate deadlines, it's essential to review all of them carefully and apply for the ones that best match your needs.
