Leadership for Change Prize 2024

The Leadership for Change Prize is an exciting initiative to empower the next generation of leaders to create positive change in their communities. This prize is ideal for students who are passionate about leadership and want to make a difference.
ABOUT THE PRIZE
This initiative is a six-one-hour curriculum and global competition that helps students learn from inspiring leaders and develop critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and communication skills. The prize is open to students from all over the world and is supported by Rolex. Students can enter a competition, and three "Project for Change" will receive funding at the end of the competition to make the project a reality.
BENEFITS
Participants could win:
- Upto £1,000 in funding to deliver the chosen "Project for Change"
- Three mentorship video calls for students from an experienced leader between January and June 2025
- A publication of the winning project Topical Talk Website
- An award for each winning student.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Entries must:
- Be submitted by teachers on behalf of their students
- Be in written, audio, or video format
- Not exceed 650 words or four minutes in length
- Be submitted by teachers on behalf of groups of 2-3 students.
- Be anonymised and not contain identification data
BEFORE APPLYING
Teachers should take students through the Leadership for Change curriculum before applying for the Leadership for Change Prize.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
The deadline for submitting entries is 20th November 2024.
