Kuami Eugene Speaks on Alleged Lynx Entertainment Exit: "It's Not True"
Musician Kuami Eugene has opened up about his relationship with his manager Richie and the record label he was signed onto (Lynx Entertainment).
In an exclusive interview with Hitz 103.9 FM, the 'Confusion' hitmaker noted that if both parties had parties ways, an official statement would have been released.
This comes after he dropped the artwork for his new song, 'Belinda,' which did not have Lynx Entertainment on it but Rockstar Records and Clear Road Music Group; Rockstar is his nickname, and Clear Road is the title of one of his songs.
Kuami said the rumors are being peddled by some mischievous persons who are trying to end the contract on his behalf.
"I no put anything out, Lynx no put anything out, yet people are just trying to end our contract for us," he said in the interview.
"At the end of the day, what I'm trying to say is, I'm still with Lynx," he added.
"People are so impatient on social media. If there was an official exit like everyone is talking about, I’ve not put anything out, Lynx has not put anything out and people are just trying to end our contact for us."
Adding to this, Eugene said he had just recently sent a song to Richie, which would be a part of an upcoming project.
In other news, Kuami Eugene reportedly hurled insults at a fan during a concert.
Kuami Eugene was booked to perform at Street Jamz, an event hosted by Ghanaian politician, Ursula Owusu.
After the show, he went viral for allegedly insulting a fan. The cause of the insult is yet to be established.
