A multinational company in the agricultural sector, seeks a skilled and experienced Tractor Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agricultural practices and the ability to operate various types of tractors and farm equipment safely and efficiently.
LOCATION: Aveyime, Volta Region
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate tractors, combine harvesters, and other farm machinery for tasks such as ploughing, planting, harvesting, and transporting crops
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures in the operation of tractors and farm equipment
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Agricultural Science
- At least 1 year of experience as a tractor operator
- Proven experience in managing and driving agricultural vehicles
- Experience on a farm is an added advantage
- Good communication skills and the ability to read and write
- Openness to learning new technology
- Willingness to relocate close to the company
BENEFITS:
- Salary: GHS 900.00 per month
