East Akim Rural Bank is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to join their team as Microfinance Field Officers. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing microfinance operations, assessing loan applications, and providing financial advisory services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage microfinance operations and client accounts.
- Assess and process loan applications.
- Provide financial advisory services to clients.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualification Required & Experience:
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or any related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role within the banking sector.
Competencies and Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications, including T24 banking software and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards.
