Fit-Out Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering
• Certified in Interior Design
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with general contractors on at least one project of similar complexity
• Experience in coordinating the works of specialized fit-out subcontractors with the scope of the main contractor and MEP services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Working knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Fully aware of authorities, municipality, SEC, and civil defense requirements
