Job Description:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers across various channels
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Gain in-depth knowledge of products to answer customer questions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Coordinate and communicate with colleagues as needed
- Provide feedback on customer service process efficiency
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support
Qualification Required & Experience:
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Services Representative
- Strong phone handling skills with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- HND or degree
