Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIM, PMP).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Proven experience in managing diverse international markets.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent knowledge of market analysis and sales strategies.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership skills.
