Generation Ghana is calling on individuals between the ages of 18-35 living in the Greater Accra region to apply for their fully funded digital customer service training. If you are looking to start a career as a digital customer service agent, then this program is for you.

This training, brought to you in partnership with MEST Africa with funding support from the Mastercard foundation is designed to help you gain the skills you need to excel as a digital customer service agent.

TRAINING AREAS 

Selected applicants will be taken through:

  • Introduction to digital customer service
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues and needs
  • Proper etiquette for interacting with customers 
  • Strategies for retaining knowledge of company products and/or services 
  • Sales and marketing tactics to close sales.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS 

Interested applicants must:

  • Be available for at least 8 hours a day for the training
  • Be open to work in day and night shifts
  • Have a degree from a university, technical or vocational institutes including certifications and badges from CISCO.
  • Have the legal right to work in Ghana 
  • Be proficient in English language ( level B2)

PROGRAM DETAILS 

  • Duration: Seven(7) weeks
  • Mode of instruction: Online 
  • Age requirements: 18-35 years
  • Location: Greater Accra 

APPLICATION PROCESS 

  • Register interest ahead of time 
  • Complete a 30-minute online test
  • Participate in a 40-minute interview process

PROGRAM DATE

The training will commence in January 2025.
