There were speculations that his friends masterminded the attack, alleging that Kwabena had refused to share Ghc 190,000 accrued from fraud activities. However, new revelations from Crime Check Ghana suggest a different motive which is jealousy.

The two had been dating since junior high school, but the relationship ended when Kwabena found out that Georgina was pregnant with another man's child. He later settled with Princess, who was a close friend of Georgina. Filled with angry and jealous sentiments, she set Kwabena's house ablaze with two unidentified accomplices, ultimately causing their tragic demise.

The case has been adjourned to Monday, 21st October 2024, for a ruling by the Ofaakor Circuit Court. Such a sad tale and this stands as a grim reminder of the cost of jealousy and bottled-up emotions.
