Bawumia Pledges to Build Modern Markets in Every District

Vice President and Presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has expressed his plan to improve the Ghanaian market system.
He promised that every district without a modern market would soon have one. “We have to have a modern market in every district without a modern market,” Dr. Bawumia said.
He also highlighted some achievements of the NPP, including providing hospitals to every district through the “Agenda 111” project. “We have solved that problem with Agenda 111,” he added. Dr. Bawumia further mentioned that the NPP has built courts in all districts and provided road equipment to support development.
Now, Bawumia’s new focus is on building modern markets across the country to boost local trade.
