OVERVIEW
The Josephine Nana Adwoa Asmah Foundation and Empowerment Center (JNA Foundation) is a Christian-based, non-profit organization dedicated to creating pathways for young women to realize their full potential.
Established in honor of Josephine Nana Adwoa Asmah—a trailblazing leader and advocate for women—the Foundation continues her legacy of transformation, compassion, and empowerment.
Inspired by Josephine’s remarkable achievements in academia, her professional career at institutions like Tullow Ghana and Guinness Ghana, and her unwavering commitment to mentoring young women, the JNA Foundation seeks to make a tangible impact in the lives of female engineering students.
MISSION STATEMENT
At its core, the JNA Foundation is committed to empowering young women through mentorship, education, and skills development. By fostering confidence, spiritual growth, and leadership, the Foundation equips young women to become catalysts for change within their communities.
