FELLOWSHIP DETAILS

The fellowship is designed for mid-career leaders with at least 10-15 years of experience to help refine their leadership abilities and throw more light on their contributions to Africa's development. 

By participating in the fellowship, you'll contribute to:

• Leadership development and capacity building

• Promoting African solutions 
• Building a global network 
• Producing thought leadership

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

• Ideal fellows will be mid career professionals aged between 25-45 with 10-15 years of experience with a solid track record of leadership and excellence.
• Must be of African descent residing in or outside Africa
• Demonstrate leadership in professional or community settings with a clear track record of making positive impact
•  Show a dedicated commitment to social change and community development, with a passion for improving the life of others
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and the willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment 
• Exhibit the desire to grow as a leader.

FELLOWSHIP BENEFITS 

Fellows will gain fully-funded access to mentorship and industry experts, networking opportunities with like-minded individuals and resources to support their projects and/or initiatives.
