Apply for the 2025 Donghua University Scholarship

The University in partnership with the China Scholarship Council (CSC) is offering an opportunity for international students to pursue their academic dreams with the CHINA LINK SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2025.

SCHOLARSHIP OVERVIEW 

The China link scholarship is a fully funded scholarship awarded to outstanding international students who wish to pursue their studies in China.

The scholarship covers:

• Tuition fees 
• Living expenses
• On-campus accommodation 
• Medical insurance
• Research funding( for postgraduate students)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

Applicants must:

•  Be International students (Non-Chinese citizens) in good mental and physical health
• Be applying to pursue a Bachelors, Masters or PHD programs at one of China Scholarship Council (CSC's) partner organisations 
• Meet academic requirements 
• Provide proof of language proficiency ( English/Chinese)
• Fall within the accepted age bracket for the respective programs( Under 45 years for general scholars and under 50 years  for senior scholars).

APPLICATION PROCESS 

• Submit an online application
• Provide all supporting documents 
• Selection and nomination process by the Scholarship council
• Final approval by the China Scholarship council which will be communicated through Donghua University. 

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS 

Interested applicants must submit the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid passport( all pages of the passport may be required)
• Sealed or signed certificate of highest education or employment 
• All transcripts accompanied by a grading scale description 
• A personal statement of at least 500 words for general scholars or a research proposal for senior scholars in the language of their course instruction
• Sealed physical examination records which includes physician's signature, hospital stamp
• Non-criminal report issued by a public authority and not older than six months prior to Submission.
