APPLICATION FEE WAIVER
SLU is offering an application fee waiver for undergraduate applications. Qualified applicants who apply directly through SLU's online application portal can submit their application without paying an application fee.

St. Louis University is committed to making quality education accessible to talented students from across the globe. For this reason, the school offers a range of scholarships specifically for international students.

International undergraduate students are automatically considered for the above merit-based scholarships when they apply to study at SLU. Scholarships are available for fall/spring terms only. Scholarships awarded are automatically renewed for each academic year, provided the scholarship recipient maintains the required GPA.
HOW TO APPLY
To apply for SLU's application fee waiver and merit-based scholarships, follow the steps below:
- Submit your application through the SLU website or Common app (first-time, freshman students will be required to submit an essay)
- Provide required documents such as official transcripts and results of external school leaving examinations
- Submit English language proficiency test scores. Proof of English language proficiency may be waived under certain conditions. English language proficiency waiver
- Students are encouraged to submit recommendation letters and a resume, although these are not required for admission
- Completion of an undergraduate interview
- Proof of financial ability to support your undergraduate studies
- Review your application carefully before submitting to avoid any errors.
Note that separate applications may be required for other competitive scholarships such as the President's Scholarship, Martin Luther King jr. Scholarship and the Gaokao scholarship for Chinese students.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Complete and submit SLU's online Application for freshman admissions by 1st December, 2024 to be automatically considered for the merit-based scholarship.
