Alx Pathway: The Route To Prestigious Global Universities For Senior High School Graduates

The African Leadership Experience (ALX), in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, brings to you the ALX PATHWAY. A groundbreaking initiative designed to assist senior high school graduates between the ages of sixteen (16) and twenty-four (24) across Africa to seamlessly transition into global universities.
Why You Should Join the Alx Pathway
This initiative seeks to empower and equip SHS graduates with confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurial abilities through the pathway foundations, which cover:
- Communication skills
- Quantitative reasoning
- Entrepreneurship and critical thinking
- Leadership
Requirements To Join The Alx Pathway
- Must be a senior high school graduate from Africa.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken english.
- Must be available and willing to commute to any of the eight (8) ALX tech hubs in Accra, Lagos, Kigali, Johannesburg, Casablanca, Cairo, Addis Ababa, and Nairobi.
- Must be willing to dedicate fifty (50) hours per week to completing the pathway foundations over the period of eight (8) months.

After a successful completion of the pathway foundations, learners will be taken through CV writing sessions, interviewing practices and the university application process.
The Alx Pathway's Application Process
- Interested applicants should register here:ALX PATHWAY
- As part of the application process, applicants must take an English language proficiency, logical reasoning, and numeracy test, which can be completed in ninety (90) minutes.
- To gain access to the ALX Pathway foundations, scholarships, and list of partner universities, each applicant must pay an admission fee of forty dollars ($40).
It is also important to note that applicants are required to meet the application and admission criteria for each partner university in order to be accepted into these universities.
